ZAMP P204Z Sealed Helmet Shield Tear-Offs, 11.5-Inch, Clear, 24-Pack

ZAMP P204Z Sealed Tear-Offs provide a practical way to maintain clear helmet-shield visibility during racing and other demanding driving conditions. Designed for compatible ZAMP helmet shields, these clear plastic tear-offs help protect the primary visor from dirt, dust, moisture, and track debris, allowing the driver to quickly restore a clean line of sight when conditions change.

Each tear-off is made from clear plastic with a 2 mm thickness and uses an 11.5-inch center-to-center configuration with a nose notch for proper fitment on compatible shields. The sealed design supports reliable installation and helps reduce exposure to contaminants between the shield and tear-off stack. The transparent material preserves visibility while providing a convenient sacrificial layer that can be removed without replacing the complete helmet shield.

This ZAMP P204Z set includes 24 sealed tear-offs, making it suitable for race teams, track-day drivers, and competitors who need multiple replacements throughout an event. Confirm compatibility with your ZAMP helmet shield before installation, and follow the helmet manufacturer’s instructions for stacking, positioning, and removal. These tear-offs are intended for use with compatible ZAMP racing helmet systems and are not a replacement for the helmet shield itself.
