WIX Racing Filters 46940R Round Synthetic Air Filter Element, 16-Inch Diameter, 4-Inch Height

The WIX Racing Filters 46940R air filter element is designed for performance applications requiring dependable air filtration and consistent airflow. This round synthetic filter element features an asphalt-colored finish and is suited for compatible air cleaner assemblies using a 16-inch diameter and 4-inch-tall filter format. Its synthetic filter media helps capture airborne dirt and debris before they can reach the engine, supporting cleaner intake air and reliable operation.
The WIX Racing Filters 46940R includes a wire mesh support structure for added stability during use. The mesh helps reinforce the filter media and maintain its shape under demanding operating conditions, making this air filter element a practical choice for racing, off-road, and other high-performance applications where filtration durability matters. The white synthetic media and asphalt exterior provide a distinctive appearance while maintaining functional performance.
Designed as a direct replacement-style air filter element for compatible systems, the WIX Racing Filters 46940R helps simplify routine maintenance and filter service. Verify air cleaner compatibility before installation, including the required round filter diameter, height, sealing arrangement, and clearance. This filter is sold individually and is not restricted for air shipment or limited to truck freight. Choose the WIX Racing Filters 46940R when you need a reinforced synthetic air filter element for a compatible performance air intake system.
