Vibrant Performance 2977 Straight Aluminum Tubing, 5-Inch O.D. x 18-Inch Long

Vibrant Performance part number 2977 is a straight aluminum tubing section designed for custom intake, intercooler, exhaust, and fabrication projects. Its 5-inch outside diameter and 18-inch length provide a practical foundation for building or modifying performance plumbing systems while allowing installers to select the routing, connection points, and supporting components suited to their application.

Manufactured from aluminum, this tubing combines a lightweight construction with the durability needed for demanding automotive projects. The polished finish provides a clean, professional appearance and can complement polished couplers, clamps, and other components in an engine bay or custom fabrication installation. The 2.4 mm wall thickness offers a solid structure for cutting, fitting, welding, or adapting the tube during installation.

Use this Vibrant Performance straight tube for applications requiring a consistent, unrestricted passage and a clean section for custom assembly. It is supplied as one piece and is suitable for fabrication work where precise fitment and dependable material quality are important. Verify the outside diameter, available clearance, connection method, and system requirements before installation to ensure compatibility with the intended application.
