Taylor/Vertex Pro Wire 70653 8 mm Blue Spiral-Core Spark Plug Wire Set

The Taylor/Vertex Pro Wire 70653 spark plug wire set is designed for V8 ignition systems that require dependable performance, flexible installation, and consistent spark delivery. Each wire features an 8 mm spiral-core construction that helps reduce electromagnetic interference while maintaining efficient energy transfer from the distributor or ignition coil to the spark plugs. The blue jacket provides a clean, performance-oriented appearance under the hood and is built for use in demanding automotive environments.
The 135-degree plug boots are shaped to support proper clearance and routing around the engine, while the HEI and socket-style configuration is compatible with a range of common high-energy ignition applications. This kit is supplied in a cut-to-fit format, allowing the installer to route each wire according to the specific engine layout and achieve a neat, organized installation. Proper routing helps minimize contact with hot exhaust components and moving parts while supporting reliable ignition operation.
Built for enthusiasts, restorers, and performance-focused street vehicles, the Taylor/Vertex Pro Wire 70653 set combines practical installation features with durable construction. The spiral-core design helps provide stable ignition performance across the engine’s operating range, and the cut-to-fit format makes it suitable for customized V8 applications. Verify terminal style, boot angle, ignition system compatibility, and wire routing requirements before installation to ensure the best fit and performance.
