Sunoco Race Jugs R4045 Filler Hose with Aluminum Shut-Off Valve

The Sunoco Race Jugs R4045 Filler Hose is a practical replacement and upgrade for compatible Sunoco utility jug caps. Designed for controlled fluid transfer, this hose assembly includes an aluminum shut-off valve that helps regulate flow and reduce spills during filling. Its screw-on cap connection provides a secure fit for supported utility jug applications, making it well suited for race teams, garages, workshops, and trackside service areas.
Constructed from clear plastic and vinyl with a black finish, the R4045 allows users to monitor fluid movement while providing durable everyday performance. The 13-inch hose length offers convenient reach between the jug and fill point without adding unnecessary bulk. The aluminum shut-off valve is designed for repeated use and provides straightforward manual control when dispensing fuel or other compatible fluids.
Installation is simple: screw the filler hose assembly onto a compatible Sunoco utility jug cap, confirm the connection is secure, and operate the shut-off valve as needed. This filler hose is supplied as an individual replacement component and is intended for use with compatible Sunoco Race Jugs equipment.
