SPECTRE SPE-8131DK Air Filter Wrap Pre-Filter, Black Polyester

Protect your performance air filter with the SPECTRE SPE-8131DK Air Filter Wrap Pre-Filter. Designed for compatible round air filters, this black polyester wrap helps capture dirt, dust, and debris before they reach the primary filter media. By reducing the amount of contamination entering the filter, it can help maintain consistent airflow and extend the service interval of the underlying air filter in dusty or off-road driving conditions.
The SPECTRE Air Filter Wrap features a flexible polyester construction that installs over the outside of a compatible filter and provides an additional layer of protection without requiring complicated tools or permanent modifications. Its tapered design accommodates filters with a 6-inch base, a 4.750-inch outside-diameter top, and a 6.719-inch height. Confirm filter compatibility before installation to ensure a secure fit and proper airflow.
Finished in black, this reusable-style pre-filter offers a practical way to help keep your intake system cleaner while complementing a wide range of engine bay configurations. The SPECTRE SPE-8131DK is sold individually and is suited for automotive, truck, performance, and off-road applications where airborne contaminants can be a concern. Install the wrap evenly over the filter and follow the filter manufacturer’s cleaning and maintenance recommendations.
