BBK Performance 3518 Shorty Headers for Ford 5.4L 2V F-150, 1999-2003

BBK Performance part number 3518 shorty headers are designed for select Ford applications using the 5.4L engine. This paired header set features 1.625-inch primary tubes, a stock collector flange, and round ports for a direct-style exhaust header configuration.

Constructed from mild steel with a chrome finish, these headers use 16-gauge tube walls and have a 2.63-inch collector port diameter. The shorty design is suited to applications listed for Ford F-150 models from 1999 through 2003 and Ford Expedition models from 1997 through 2002 with the 5.4L engine.

Gaskets and mounting hardware are included for installation. These headers do not include oxygen sensor ports. BBK Performance identifies this product with a California Proposition 65 warning.
