The Advanced Clutch T1S-D03 Twin Disc Heavy-Duty Street Clutch Kit is designed with twice the disc surfaces of a single-disc kit to support improved wear resistance, heat capacity, and service life. Its proprietary Positive Lift Floater System promotes quiet operation without floater rattle or wear-prone posts, while the twin-disc design provides adjustable disc wear compensation and equal disengagement.

Performance street rigid-hub discs use premium organic friction material with high copper content for heat transfer, along with steel-backed linings for burst strength and durability. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for strength, and the rivet design and materials are selected for high-strength performance. The diaphragms undergo a four-stage heat-treating process.

This performance-grade kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel for installation and operation. The kit includes a pressure plate, two sprung discs, floater, flywheel, alignment tool, and grease. It is rated for 891 ft-lb of torque capacity, with an input spline quantity of 26 and a 1.125-inch input shaft diameter. Pilot bushing, release bearing, pressure plate bolts, clutch slave cylinder, and flywheel bolts are not included.

This product carries an SFI 1.2 designation and includes a one-year warranty as stated by Advanced Clutch.
