The Advanced Clutch NZ1-HDSS Heavy-Duty Performance Street Sprung Clutch Kit combines a heavy-duty pressure plate with a performance street disc for increased clamp load, reduced deflection, and dependable clutch life. The pressure plate uses an exclusive diaphragm design and a four-stage heat-treating process, while precision cover stampings help provide rigidity and consistency.

The sprung organic disc uses premium materials with high copper content to improve heat transfer, along with steel-backed lining for enhanced burst strength and durability. Reduced marcel supports faster shift action, complementing the pressure plate for performance-oriented street use. The kit has a listed torque capacity of 455 foot-pounds, rated at 24% over OE capacity.

This performance-grade kit includes a release bearing, alignment tool, grease, and pilot bushing. It features a 250 mm clutch disc, 24 input splines, and a 1-inch input shaft diameter. Pressure plate bolts, flywheel bolts, and a clutch slave cylinder are not included. ACT discs will not work with a factory pressure plate, so verify application requirements before installation.
