ACT Heavy Duty Performance Street Sprung Clutch Kit

The Advanced Clutch HY4-HDSS Heavy-Duty Performance Street Sprung Clutch Kit combines a Heavy Duty pressure plate with a Performance Street organic sprung disc. Designed for use with a stock dual-mass flywheel, the kit delivers a stated torque capacity of 405 foot-pounds, or 26% over OE capacity.

The Heavy Duty pressure plate uses an exclusive diaphragm design intended to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. Its diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process, while precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency.

The Performance Street disc uses premium organic friction material with high copper content for heat transfer, along with steel-backed lining for added burst strength and durability. Reduced marcel supports faster shift action and complements the pressure plate’s performance and reliability.

This performance-grade clutch kit includes an alignment tool and grease. The flywheel, pilot bushing, release bearing, pressure plate bolts, clutch slave cylinder, and flywheel bolts are not included.
