Advanced Clutch FF5-HDSS Heavy Duty Performance Street Sprung Clutch Kit

The Advanced Clutch FF5-HDSS Heavy Duty Performance Street Sprung Clutch Kit combines a Heavy Duty pressure plate with a Performance Street sprung disc and Streetlite flywheel. Designed for performance applications, the kit provides a listed torque capacity of 500 lb.-ft., or 35% over OE capacity, with a 240 mm organic clutch disc and 23-spline, 1-inch input specification.

The Heavy Duty pressure plate uses an exclusive diaphragm design intended to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. Its diaphragms undergo a four-stage heat-treating process, while precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency. The Performance Street disc uses premium organic friction material with high copper content for heat transfer, steel-backed lining for burst strength and durability, and reduced marcel for faster shift action.

This kit includes the ACT flywheel, release bearing, alignment tool, pressure plate bolts, and grease. It must be used with the included ACT flywheel. Gear rattle is expected when using the ACT single-mass flywheel. The pilot bushing, clutch slave cylinder and flywheel bolts are not included. The kit is backed by Advanced Clutch's one-year warranty.
