The Advanced Clutch AR1-HDG6 Heavy Duty Race Sprung 6-Pad Clutch Kit combines a Heavy Duty pressure plate with a spring-centered, six-pad ceramic race disc. Its pressure plate uses an exclusive diaphragm design intended to increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. The diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process, while precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency.

The spring-centered race disc helps damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. Wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings support the springs, reduce stress concentrations, and improve strength and reliability. The six-pad design provides harsher engagement with faster shifting and is recommended for larger clutch sizes to help absorb more heat.

This performance clutch kit has a listed torque capacity of 330 foot-pounds, or 73% over OE. The kit includes a pilot bushing, release bearing, alignment tool, and grease. The flywheel, pressure plate bolts, clutch slave cylinder, and flywheel bolts are not included. The AR1-HDG6 uses a sprung disc with a 24-spline input and is backed by a one-year warranty.
