The Advanced Clutch ACT Mod-Twin 225 HD Sprung Street Clutch Kit is designed for high-powered AWD street cars requiring strong torque capacity, durable construction and refined engagement quality. Part number T1S-M01 combines two organic friction surfaces with a spring-centered Mono-Drive hub in a modular twin-disc design.

Each diaphragm spring undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process to support consistent pedal feel. Steel-backed friction plates with organic friction material provide a stable friction coefficient, heat capacity and long clutch life. The friction plates transfer torque through the sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, which helps extend input shaft life and reduce driveline shock from torsional vibration.

The kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, patented Monoloc Collar, release bearing, alignment tool and grease. A pilot bearing is included if needed. The clutch is fully rebuildable, and most components can be ordered separately. It has a 700 ft-lb torque capacity and a performance-grade, heavy-duty pressure plate.

This kit uses sprung clutch discs with a 225 mm diameter, organic disc material, 23 input splines and a 1-inch input shaft diameter. The package includes a flywheel, release bearing and alignment tool, while pressure plate bolts, flywheel bolts, a pilot bushing and clutch slave cylinder are not included. California Proposition 65 warnings apply.
