ACL Bearings 8B745HC-010 Race Series Coated Connecting Rod Bearings, 0.010-Inch Undersize, Small Block Chevy

The ACL Bearings 8B745HC-010 Race Series connecting rod bearing set is designed for Small Block Chevy applications requiring reliable performance under demanding operating conditions. These coated rod bearings feature a 0.010-inch undersize design to accommodate properly machined crankshaft journals and help support accurate bearing clearance during engine assembly. The set is configured for connecting rods with a 2.000-inch pin diameter, making it a practical choice for performance engine builds, rebuilds, and competition-focused applications.
The Race Series construction is engineered to provide dependable support between the connecting rod and crankshaft while helping manage friction and wear. The specialized coating adds an additional layer of protection to the bearing surface, supporting durability during high-load and high-rpm operation when matched with correct crankshaft preparation, lubrication, and installation procedures. As with all precision engine components, verify journal dimensions, bearing clearances, rod specifications, and application compatibility before installation.
This ACL Bearings 8B745HC-010 kit provides a direct, application-focused solution for builders who need coated connecting rod bearings for a Small Block Chevy engine with undersize crankshaft journals. Its clearly defined fitment and Race Series design make it suitable for performance-oriented maintenance and engine assembly projects where consistent bearing performance is important. The product is not air restricted and does not require truck freight shipping.
