Stainless Steel Exhaust Tubing & Mandrel Bends

Vibrant Performance stainless steel exhaust tubing and mandrel bends are the core of the product lineup, providing the raw material for custom exhaust system fabrication in 304 stainless steel with consistent wall thickness, correct OD dimensions, and smooth interior surfaces that minimize exhaust flow restriction. Mandrel bends maintain consistent interior diameter through the full arc of the bend — unlike crush bends that reduce interior diameter at the apex and create a flow restriction that negates the benefit of larger tubing diameter.

Tubing is available in diameters from 1.5" through 5" to cover the full range of exhaust system applications from small-displacement import engines through large-displacement V8 race engines. Bend angles of 45°, 90°, 180°, and other configurations are available in each diameter, with short and long radius options for different routing requirements. Straight sections are available in multiple lengths for custom cutting to the exact dimension needed for each installation.

Turbo Inlet & Intercooler Piping

Vibrant Performance produces turbo inlet pipes, intercooler piping, and charge pipe components in polished aluminum and stainless steel for custom turbocharger system construction. Correct turbo inlet pipe diameter and smooth interior surface finish are critical for maximizing compressor efficiency and minimizing pressure drop between the air filter and the compressor inlet. Intercooler piping connects the turbocharger compressor outlet to the intercooler and the intercooler outlet to the throttle body, with correct diameter and routing for each specific installation.

Vibrant's aluminum intercooler piping is available in straight sections and mandrel bends in the most common intercooler pipe diameters, with polished finish for show-quality appearance in visible engine bay locations. Stainless steel options are available for high-heat applications where aluminum's lower melting point is a concern near exhaust components.

Silicone Couplers & Hoses

Vibrant Performance silicone couplers connect tubing sections, intercooler pipes, and turbo system components with a flexible, heat-resistant joint that accommodates minor misalignment and thermal expansion without leaking. Silicone couplers are available in straight, reducer, and elbow configurations in a comprehensive range of diameters and colors — including black, blue, red, and polished for different appearance preferences. T-bolt clamps are included with most coupler kits for correct clamping force and leak-free installation.

Exhaust Flanges & V-Band Clamps

Vibrant Performance produces exhaust flanges and V-band clamp assemblies for custom exhaust system construction and turbocharger system connections. V-band clamps provide a quick-disconnect exhaust joint that allows rapid removal of exhaust sections for turbocharger service, downpipe removal, and exhaust system maintenance without cutting or unbolting conventional flanged connections. Vibrant's V-band flanges and clamps are manufactured to correct dimensional tolerances for leak-free sealing and correct clamp engagement on the mating flanges.

Mufflers & Resonators

Vibrant Performance produces a range of mufflers and resonators for custom exhaust system construction, with multiple inlet/outlet configurations, body sizes, and sound attenuation levels to match different exhaust note and backpressure requirements. Ultra-Quiet and Street series mufflers provide significant sound reduction for street-driven builds where exhaust noise is a concern, while performance mufflers provide minimal restriction with moderate sound attenuation for builds where maximum flow is the priority.
