Stainless Steel Exhaust Tubing & Mandrel Bends

Vibrant Performance stainless steel exhaust tubing and mandrel bends are the core of the product lineup, providing the raw material for custom exhaust system fabrication in 304 stainless steel with consistent wall thickness, correct OD dimensions, and smooth interior surfaces that minimize exhaust flow restriction. Mandrel bends maintain consistent interior diameter through the full arc of the bend — unlike crush bends that reduce interior diameter at the apex and create a flow restriction that negates the benefit of larger tubing diameter.

Tubing is available in diameters from 1.5" through 5" to cover the full range of exhaust system applications from small-displacement import engines through large-displacement V8 race engines. Bend angles of 45°, 90°, 180°, and other configurations are available in each diameter, with short and long radius options for different routing requirements. Straight sections are available in multiple lengths for custom cutting to the exact dimension needed for each installation.

Turbo Inlet & Intercooler Piping

Intercooler piping connects the turbocharger compressor outlet to the intercooler and the intercooler outlet to the throttle body, with correct diameter and routing for each specific installation.

Silicone Couplers & Hoses

Vibrant Performance silicone couplers connect tubing sections, intercooler pipes, and turbo system components with a flexible, heat-resistant joint that accommodates minor misalignment and thermal expansion without leaking. Ultra-Quiet and Street series mufflers provide significant sound reduction for street-driven builds where exhaust noise is a concern, while performance mufflers provide minimal restriction with moderate sound attenuation for builds where maximum flow is the priority.
