Valco — Racing Accessories, Safety Equipment & Pit Supplies for Circle Track Racing

Valco manufactures a comprehensive range of racing accessories, safety equipment, and pit supplies for oval track, dirt track, and circle track racing teams. From the components that keep a race car on the track to the pit equipment that supports a smooth race night operation, Valco produces the hardware that circle track racers depend on week in and week out at local and regional tracks across the country.

Racing Accessories & Chassis Hardware

Valco produces a wide range of racing-specific accessories and chassis hardware for circle track race car construction and maintenance. Chassis tabs, brackets, clips, and fasteners are manufactured to the dimensional standards used in race car fabrication, providing correct fitment and correct load distribution in the finished chassis. These small components are the building blocks of a correctly constructed race car, and having the right hardware available in the correct size and configuration is essential for efficient chassis work in the shop and at the track.

Valco's racing accessory lineup covers the hardware needs of Late Model, Modified, Street Stock, and Hobby Stock class race cars — the components that are consumed, replaced, and upgraded over the course of a racing season. Correct part availability for these items reduces downtime between races and keeps the car on the track rather than waiting for parts.

Safety Equipment

Driver safety is the foundation of any racing program, and Valco produces safety equipment that meets the requirements of sanctioning bodies while providing the protection that drivers depend on in competition. Safety equipment includes window nets, seat belt and harness components, roll bar padding, and fire suppression accessories — the essential safety systems required for competition in most oval track classes.

Window nets are available in ribbon and mesh configurations to meet different sanctioning body requirements, with correct mounting hardware for installation in the driver's window opening. Roll bar padding meets the foam density and thickness requirements of most sanctioning bodies for driver head protection in contact with the roll cage. Fire suppression components allow teams to build or upgrade their onboard fire suppression systems to current safety standards.

Pit Supplies & Race Day Equipment

Valco produces pit supplies and race day equipment that support the operation of a circle track racing program from the trailer to the victory lane. Fuel jugs, fuel filters, and quick-fill components allow efficient refueling between heat races and features. Pit crew tools and equipment reduce the time required for tire changes, chassis adjustments, and mechanical repairs during a race night. Correct pit equipment is as important as correct race car setup for a team that wants to maximize their time on the track and minimize their time in the pits.

Electrical & Ignition Accessories

Valco produces electrical accessories and ignition components for circle track race cars, including kill switches, ignition boxes, wiring accessories, and electrical hardware used in race car electrical system construction and maintenance. Correct electrical system construction is critical for race car reliability — electrical failures are one of the most common causes of DNFs in oval track racing, and correct wiring practices and quality components reduce the risk of in-race electrical problems.

Common Applications

Valco products are used across Late Model, Modified, Street Stock, Pure Stock, Hobby Stock, and micro sprint classes at oval tracks throughout the country. The broad product range covers the hardware needs of teams at every level of circle track racing — from first-year Street Stock competitors building their first race car to experienced Late Model teams maintaining a competitive program across a full racing season.

Build Quality & Racing Validation

Valco racing accessories and safety equipment are manufactured to the standards required for competition use in sanctioned oval track racing. Safety equipment that carries SFI certification has been tested and certified to the specific SFI specification applicable to each component type. Chassis hardware is manufactured to correct dimensional tolerances for the applications it's designed for, ensuring correct fitment and correct load distribution in the finished installation.

Installation Notes

Safety equipment installations must comply with the specific requirements of the sanctioning body governing the class being raced — verify installation requirements against the current rulebook before installation. Window nets and harness systems must be inspected by a tech official before competition to verify correct installation and compliance with safety regulations. Chassis hardwar...
