Steel Bumpers
Smittybilt steel bumpers are the most visible upgrade on any Jeep or truck off-road build, providing genuine protection for the front and rear of the vehicle against trail obstacles, rocks, and recovery impacts that would destroy a factory plastic bumper. Front bumpers are available in full-width and stubby configurations, with integrated winch mounts, D-ring shackle tabs, and auxiliary light mounting provisions on most designs. Rear bumpers include integrated receiver hitches, D-ring tabs, and tire carrier provisions on select models for a complete rear end solution.
Smittybilt bumpers are constructed from 3/16" and 1/4" steel plate with full-penetration welds and a textured black powder coat finish that resists chipping and corrosion in off-road conditions. Application-specific designs for Jeep Wrangler JK, JL, and TJ, as well as popular truck platforms, ensure correct mounting point alignment and correct approach angle geometry for each vehicle.
Winches
Smittybilt's X2O and XRC winch series cover the most popular pulling capacity requirements for Jeep and truck recovery applications — from 8,000 lb capacity units for lighter Jeep builds through 17,500 lb units for heavy trucks and serious rock crawlers. Waterproof winch designs are rated for water submersion, making them the correct choice for water crossing and mud recovery situations where conventional winches fail due to moisture ingress. Synthetic rope options are available on select models for reduced weight and improved safety compared to steel cable — synthetic rope doesn't store energy when under tension, eliminating the dangerous snap-back of a broken steel cable.
Roof Racks & Cargo Management
Smittybilt roof racks provide a secure mounting platform for recovery gear, lighting, camping equipment, and cargo on Jeep Wrangler and truck applications. Modular rack designs allow configuration of the rack layout to match the specific gear being carried, with integrated tie-down points and accessory mounting provisions throughout. Roof rack load ratings are matched to the roof strength of each supported vehicle to prevent overloading the roof structure.

Smittybilt produces replacement soft tops, replacement doors, and soft top accessories for Jeep Wrangler JK, JL, and TJ applications. Replacement soft tops use heavy-duty vinyl and correct-fit frame hardware to provide a weather-tight seal at a significantly lower cost than OEM replacement tops.
