Race Ramps

Race Ramps — Lightweight Solid Foam Vehicle Ramps & Service Accessories

Race Ramps manufactures vehicle service ramps, trailer ramps, and shop accessories from solid expanded polystyrene foam — a construction approach that delivers significant advantages over traditional steel and plastic ramps for performance vehicles, show cars, and low-profile builds. Lightweight, non-scratching, and rated for vehicles up to 1,500 lbs per ramp, Race Ramps are the correct choice for any application where protecting the vehicle's finish, the garage floor, and the trailer surface matters as much as getting the job done.

Vehicle Service Ramps

Race Ramps service ramps provide a safe, stable platform for raising the front or rear of a vehicle for oil changes, exhaust work, and undercarriage inspection without a floor jack and jack stands. The solid foam construction distributes the vehicle's weight evenly across the ramp surface, eliminating the point loading that causes steel ramps to scratch epoxy-coated and painted garage floors. The non-slip surface texture provides secure tire contact without the rubber marks that plastic ramps leave on show car tires.

Ramp angles are available in multiple configurations to match different vehicle ride heights — standard ramps for full-size trucks and SUVs, low-profile ramps for sports cars and lowered vehicles, and extra-low ramps for ground-hugging builds where even a standard low-profile ramp creates a clearance problem at the front air dam or splitter. Race Ramps' XT series provides extended length for a shallower approach angle on the lowest vehicles.

Trailer Ramps & Loading Accessories

Race Ramps trailer loading ramps bridge the gap between the trailer deck and the ground, providing a smooth transition surface for loading low-profile vehicles that would scrape on standard metal trailer ramps. The foam construction absorbs the impact of the vehicle's front air dam or splitter contacting the ramp surface during loading — protecting the bodywork from the damage that metal ramps cause on contact. Trailer ramps are available in multiple lengths and angles to match different trailer deck heights and vehicle ground clearance combinations.

Wheel Cribs & Leveling Blocks

Race Ramps wheel cribs and leveling blocks provide stable, non-scratching support for vehicles during storage, display, and maintenance. Wheel cribs cradle the tire and wheel assembly to prevent flat-spotting during extended storage, while leveling blocks allow precise height adjustment for vehicle display and photography. The foam construction protects show car wheels and tires from the scratches and marks that metal and hard plastic supports cause during contact.

Shop Dollies & Positioning Accessories

Race Ramps produces shop dollies and vehicle positioning accessories for moving vehicles in tight garage and shop spaces without starting the engine. Low-profile dollies slide under the tires and allow the vehicle to be rolled in any direction for positioning during maintenance, storage, and display. These are particularly useful in multi-car garages and show car collections where precise vehicle placement is required in limited space.

Common Applications

Race Ramps products are used across show cars, race cars, daily drivers, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and trailers — any application where a lightweight, non-scratching ramp or support surface is preferred over metal or hard plastic alternatives. Low-profile sports cars, lowered trucks, and ground-effect race cars benefit most from Race Ramps' low-angle and extra-low ramp configurations, while show car owners appreciate the non-marking surface that protects painted floors and show-quality tires.

Build Quality & Weight Ratings

Race Ramps are manufactured from high-density expanded polystyrene foam with a load rating of 1,500 lbs per ramp — sufficient for most passenger cars, sports cars, and light trucks. The foam construction is resistant to oil, fuel, and common shop chemicals, and can be cleaned with soap and water without degrading the material or surface texture. Race Ramps are significantly lighter than steel ramps of equivalent capacity, making them easy to move and store in a garage or trailer without the handling difficulty of heavy metal alternatives.
