Electric Cooling Fans

S-blade and straight-blade designs are available depending on whether airflow volume or static pressure is the priority for your installation. Dual-fan kits provide maximum coverage for large-core radiators on high-output engines where a single fan leaves dead spots in airflow coverage.

Installation Notes

Electric fan installations require proper sizing of the wiring harness and relay to handle continuous motor current draw — undersized wiring is the most common cause of fan motor failure in aftermarket installations. Flex-A-Lite includes wiring instructions and relay kits with most fan products. Radiator installations are straightforward on direct-fit applications; universal radiators may require minor hose modification or bracket fabrication depending on the chassis.
