Fabtech — Lift Kits & Performance Suspension for Trucks, SUVs & Jeeps
Fabtech has been engineering suspension systems for serious off-road and street use since 1984. With a product lineup that spans basic leveling kits to fully engineered long-travel suspension systems, Fabtech delivers the geometry corrections, ground clearance, and component quality that truck and Jeep owners need to run larger tires, tackle technical terrain, and maintain confident on-road handling — all without cutting corners on fitment or durability.
Lift Kits
Fabtech lift kits are available in 2” through 10”+ configurations depending on platform and intended use. Basic coil spacer and block kits provide a clean, cost-effective lift for drivers who need clearance for larger tires without a full suspension overhaul. Fabtech's performance lift systems use geometry-corrected upper control arms, extended radius arms, and application-specific coil springs or coilovers to maintain proper suspension travel, caster, and alignment throughout the lift range.
For builds targeting serious off-road performance, Fabtech's long-travel and race-inspired systems provide the wheel travel and articulation needed for rock crawling, desert running, and high-speed trail use — with component specs that hold up under repeated hard use.
Leveling Kits
Fabtech leveling kits correct the factory rake on trucks and SUVs, bringing the front end up to match the rear for a level stance that accommodates larger front tires without rubbing. Strut spacer and torsion key designs are available depending on platform, with options that maintain factory ride quality and do not require alignment correction beyond a standard caster adjustment on most applications.
Control Arms & Geometry Correction
Lifted trucks require corrected suspension geometry to maintain proper caster, reduce CV axle bind, and prevent premature wear on ball joints and tie rod ends. Fabtech's tubular upper and lower control arms are built from DOM steel tubing with heavy-duty ball joints and Heim-style or polyurethane bushings depending on application. These are not afterthought components — they're engineered to work as a system with Fabtech's lift hardware for predictable, long-term performance.
Shocks & Dampers
Fabtech offers multiple shock options across their lift systems — from performance twin-tube units for street-biased builds to their Dirt Logic monotube and coilover shocks for off-road and performance applications. Dirt Logic shocks are nitrogen-charged, rebuildable, and tuned specifically for Fabtech's lift geometry — delivering consistent damping performance across the full range of suspension travel without the fade common in budget shock options.
Common Applications
Fabtech produces suspension systems for Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 Super Duty, Chevrolet Silverado and Colorado, GMC Sierra and Canyon, Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500, Toyota Tacoma and Tundra, Nissan Titan and Frontier, and Jeep Wrangler JK, JL, and Gladiator. Application-specific engineering ensures correct geometry, clearance, and component sizing for each platform and model year.
Build Quality & Warranty
Fabtech suspension components are manufactured from high-strength steel with robotic and hand welding processes, powder-coated for corrosion resistance, and assembled with hardware rated for the load demands of lifted truck use. Fabtech backs their systems with a limited lifetime warranty on structural components, reflecting the confidence built into every kit.
Installation Notes
Fabtech lift kit complexity varies by system. Leveling kits and basic spacer lifts are straightforward bolt-on installations achievable with common hand tools. Full suspension system installs with control arms, extended brake lines, and geometry correction require a lift, basic fabrication tools, and a professional alignment after completion. A full four-wheel alignment is mandatory after any lift installation to set caster, camber, and toe for the new ride height.
