Front Bumpers

Build Quality & Finish
Fab Fours bumpers are constructed from 3/16” and 1/4” plate steel with robotic MIG welding for consistent weld quality across every unit. Standard finish is a textured black powder coat applied over a zinc phosphate primer for corrosion resistance. The finish holds up to trail use, pressure washing, and UV exposure without the peeling or fading common on lesser coatings.
Installation Notes
Fab Fours bumpers are bolt-on replacements on most supported platforms, using factory frame mounting locations with included hardware. Front bumper installations on sensor-equipped trucks require careful routing of sensor harnesses and may need foam backing reinstallation for radar accuracy. Full installation instructions are included, and most installs are achievable with basic hand tools and a floor jack in a few hours.
