AN Fittings

Earl's AN fittings are the foundation of any properly built performance fluid system. Their aluminum and stainless steel AN fittings cover the complete range of configurations — straight, 45-degree, 90-degree, and 180-degree in every AN size from -3 to -20 — along with adapter fittings for NPT, ORB, and metric thread conversions. Earl's fittings are precision-machined to correct AN dimensional standards with smooth internal radii that minimize flow restriction and turbulence at every connection point.

Their Swivel-Seal and Auto-Fit hose end fittings simplify assembly by allowing the hose end to rotate after installation — eliminating the hose twist that occurs when tightening conventional hose ends and ensuring correct hose routing without stress at the fitting. Push-lock fittings insert directly into compatible hose without clamps or assembly tools — a clean, professional connection that's correct for fuel, oil, and coolant applications in the appropriate pressure range.

Oil Coolers & Thermal Management

Earl's oil cooler systems provide effective oil temperature management for high-output engines, forced induction builds, and track applications where sustained high-load operation pushes oil temperatures beyond the range where conventional motor oil maintains its protective properties. Their remote oil filter mounts, oil cooler cores, and complete oil cooler kits are engineered for correct flow rates and thermal capacity for each application.
