Flo-Fast

Flo-Fast — Portable Fuel Transfer Systems for Race Teams & Off-Road Use

Flo-Fast builds fuel transfer systems for people who move fuel regularly and can't afford slow, messy, or unsafe equipment. Designed for race teams, off-road enthusiasts, farmers, and anyone managing fuel in the field, Flo-Fast containers and pump systems deliver fast, controlled fuel transfer without the spills, fumes, and frustration that come with conventional jerry cans and gravity-fed setups.

Portable Fuel Containers

Flo-Fast containers are available in 7.5 and 15-gallon configurations, constructed from high-density polyethylene rated for gasoline, diesel, and ethanol-blended fuels. The wide-mouth design and integrated pump mount make them purpose-built for powered transfer — not just storage. Containers are stackable for efficient trailer and hauler organization, and the robust construction handles the vibration and impact of race trailer and off-road transport without cracking or leaking.

Color-coded containers help eliminate fuel mix-ups at the track or job site — yellow for gasoline, red for racing fuel, blue for diesel, and green for oils. For race teams running multiple fuel types, that visual differentiation is a simple but critical safety feature.

Pump Systems

Flo-Fast's 12V electric pump systems transfer fuel at up to 15 gallons per minute — fast enough to refuel a race car between rounds without eating into prep time. The pump mounts directly to the container lid for a self-contained system that requires no separate pump housing or external mounting. A simple on/off switch controls flow, with a nozzle and hose assembly included for directed, controlled transfer.

Manual rotary pump options are available for applications where electrical power isn't accessible or where a simpler, maintenance-free solution is preferred. Both pump types are compatible across the full Flo-Fast container lineup.

Common Applications

Flo-Fast systems are standard equipment in drag racing, circle track, off-road racing, and endurance racing pit operations where refueling speed and fuel management directly impact performance. Off-road enthusiasts running extended trail trips, overlanders carrying reserve fuel, and agricultural operations managing diesel and equipment fuel also rely on Flo-Fast for reliable field fueling. The systems are equally at home on a race trailer or in the bed of a work truck.

Safety & Compliance

Flo-Fast containers are manufactured to meet DOT and EPA requirements for portable fuel storage and transport. The sealed lid and pump system minimize vapor release during transfer, reducing fire risk and fume exposure compared to open-pour containers. Always verify local regulations for portable fuel container capacity and transport requirements for your specific use case and jurisdiction.

Build Quality & Durability

Flo-Fast containers are built from UV-stabilized HDPE that resists cracking, fading, and fuel degradation over years of use. Pump components are rated for continuous duty with fuel-compatible seals and fittings throughout. The systems are designed to be field-serviceable, with replacement pump assemblies and seals available separately to extend the service life of the container.

Installation Notes

Flo-Fast electric pump systems require a 12V power source — a standard battery or trailer power connection works for most applications. Pump installation onto the container is tool-free and takes under a minute. Hose and nozzle assembly connects directly to the pump outlet for immediate use. No priming is required on most applications.
