Big Brake Kits

Baer's big brake kits are the definitive upgrade for performance vehicles that have outgrown their factory braking system. Each kit is engineered as a complete, matched system — oversized rotors, multi-piston calipers, stainless braided brake lines, and high-performance brake pads — designed to work together for maximum stopping performance and consistent pedal feel under repeated hard braking.

Baer offers big brake kits across multiple series to match the application. The SS4 series delivers serious street and occasional track performance. The Track4 and Track6 series are engineered for sustained high-heat track use with six-piston calipers and maximum rotor diameter for the application. The Remaster series provides a factory-fit upgrade for classic muscle car platforms where OEM-style appearance is a priority.

Rotors & Calipers

Baer's slotted and drilled rotors are manufactured from premium iron alloys with precise metallurgy for consistent thermal performance and long service life. Slotting improves gas and debris evacuation from the pad surface, maintaining consistent bite throughout a braking event. Baer's calipers are CNC-machined from billet aluminum with stainless steel pistons and high-temp seals rated for sustained track use.

Replacement rotors and calipers are available individually for builders upgrading existing Baer systems or sourcing components for custom brake builds. Every Baer rotor is precision-balanced and ready to install without additional machining.

Brake Lines & Supporting Components

Baer's stainless braided brake lines replace the factory rubber hoses with a construction that eliminates expansion under pressure — delivering a firmer, more consistent pedal feel immediately. Available in vehicle-specific lengths with correct end fittings, these are a direct-fit upgrade that complements any brake system improvement.
