American Racing Wheels for Muscle Cars, Trucks & Custom Builds

Few names carry more weight in the wheel industry than American Racing. Since 1956, they've been at the intersection of motorsports heritage and street performance — producing wheels that have appeared on championship race cars, SEMA show winners, and millions of builds in between. This collection carries their full lineup, from timeless classic designs to modern forged and cast wheels engineered for today's performance platforms.

Iconic Designs. Proven Heritage.

American Racing's catalog includes some of the most recognizable wheel designs in automotive history. The Torq Thrust — originally developed for racing in the 1960s — remains one of the best-selling aftermarket wheels ever produced. Its five-spoke design is synonymous with American muscle, and it looks as right on a first-gen Mustang or a '69 Camaro today as it did on the track 60 years ago.

Beyond the classics, American Racing continues to develop modern designs that carry the same DNA — clean lines, performance proportions, and finishes that hold up under real-world use. Whether you're building a period-correct restomod or a contemporary custom, there's an American Racing wheel that fits the vision.

Built for Muscle Cars & Classic Platforms

American Racing wheels are a natural fit for the platforms that defined American performance — Chevrolet Camaro, Corvette, and Chevelle; Ford Mustang and Shelby; Dodge Challenger, Charger, and Dart; Pontiac GTO and Firebird; and classic GM and Ford trucks. Their fitment data covers decades of domestic platforms with accurate bolt pattern, offset, and backspacing specifications to ensure a proper, safe fit.

For classic builds running drum brakes or early disc setups, American Racing offers wheel options with the correct backspacing to clear factory and aftermarket brake hardware without spacers or modifications.

Finish Options & Construction

American Racing wheels are available in a range of finishes including polished, machined with clear coat, vintage silver, matte black, and chrome — giving builders the flexibility to match any aesthetic from raw and aggressive to show-polished. Construction ranges from cast aluminum for value-focused builds to multi-piece and forged options for applications where weight and strength are priorities.

Truck & SUV Fitment

American Racing's truck wheel lineup covers full-size domestic platforms with the load ratings and fitment specs required for towing and hauling applications. Their designs translate well to lifted and leveled trucks, offering the proportions and spoke geometry that look right on larger diameter fitments without losing the classic American Racing character.
