We stand behind every part we sell. If you're not satisfied, we've got your back. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Refunds issued to original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or damaged during shipping. Take Photos once received and show proof of damaged product. Restocking fees may apply on select brands or special-order items. No returns on electrical components, hazmat material just as oil, grease and other product as such, custom orders, or clearance items. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and brand-specific handling.
